All aboard the Rail and Raft Experience!  Join us for a day of riding the Historical Royal Gorge Route Railroad and rafting the Arkansas River.  The trip will begin at 8:15 a.m. at our Canon City office.  Following a short ride to the Royal Gorge Route’s train depot, you will be escorted onto the train with no wait to take you on your 24-mile round trip journey through the 1,000 foot deep Royal Gorge, alongside the raging Arkansas River, where you'll have the opportunity to observe Bald Eagles, Blue Heron, Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer, and flora, native to the gorge.  You will have the option of choosing between coach cars, with comfortable seats and big windows to take in the spectacular views, or upgrade to the dome cars, with an incredible glass dome roof to enhance your viewing and comfortable seats to enjoy the ride.  After the Royal Gorge Route Railroad trip, you will be picked up and returned to Raft Masters for a delicious buffet lunch at our very own “Eddy Out Café”.  After lunch, you will have the choice to raft either an introductory nine mile raft trip through the Bighorn Sheep Canyon, or a more challenging twelve mile trip through the Royal Gorge.   If you are looking for one of the most unique experiences in Colorado, climb aboard the Rail and Raft trip today!
